It's simple. Fill up the sign up form on our website and submit your details for candidates. Once you fully complete your profile, you will get access to AmazeTal's marketplace immediately.

Spotlight is a multi-step vetting process to become a top candidate on AmazeTal. So here’s how it works: Step 1: You will apply for Spotlight Step 2: Once applied, your eligibility to join top talent pool will be decided Step 3: Once eligible, you will take a technical test Step 4: Once you clear the test, you will have two interviews with AmazeTal backed corporate leaders. Please note that the purpose of interviews with corporate leaders is to evaluate your technical skills only and not for the actual employment. Step 5: Once you clear the interviews, you will be approved to become a top candidate Once you become a top candidate your profile will be searchable to top employers and employers reach out to you directly with job offers with upfront compensation

Yes you can absolutely negotiate the upfront job offer received from the employer. Employer reaches out to you with a preliminary salary range. It is upto you to negotiate with the employer and AmazeTal's team will always be there for consultations.
We expect candidates on our platform to land a job within a month after their profiles are showcased to employers.
Yes. You can block your profile to be viewed by your current employer and previous employers. All you have to do is to update your settings.
Yes. A team member of AmazeTal is always available to assist you with any step in the spotlight process and hiring process.

Yes you can accept multiple interview invitations. As soon as you accept a job offer, we suggest you let the other employers know that you have accepted the job offer and are no longer open for interviewing with other employers.
No. All it means is that the employer is impressed with your background and profile and is willing to speak with you to have further round of interviews.
Not to worry. You can always re-apply for spotlight however we suggest you take our recommendations or speak with one of the AmazeTal backed experts to further assess your situation. Whe you are ready to be vetted, then we would love to have to re-apply to become top candidate on AmazeTal.

No. This is striclty prohibited. We own the proprietary rights of the information available on the AmazeTal's platform. We take the integrity issues seriously and have crafted ways to catch such discrepancies. Any reported issue will be dealt on a case by case basis and may result in removing access to the platform.

Your profile will then be vetted and one of the AmazeTal's representative will get in touch with you to understand your recruiting needs and talent growth strategy. Once your profile is vetted and approved, you get access to AmazeTal's marketplace.

Top candidates on AmazeTal are thoroughly vetted. Candidates looking to start careers, switch jobs or passive talent in technology or data science industries will be part of the pool. Candidates experience range from entry level, mid level and senior level.
We have devised effective sourcing startegy to source talent - both active and passive. We attract candidates at mass scale and also at group levels along with individual level. We source candidates through extensive marketing, referrals, partnerships and word of mouth.
No. Employers cannot contact candidates outside of AmazeTal's platform to initiate interviews or make job offers. Employers can conduct actual interviews outside the platform though. Please contact AmazeTal team if you have questions and also refer to "Terms and Conditions" for more details.
You can invite the candidate for interview and once the candidate accepts the interview invite, you can then have further rounds of interviews.
You will be notified about the action taken by the candidate. When candidate accepts the interview invite, you can engage with the candidate for further rounds of interviews When candidate declines the interview invite, you can then reach out to AmazeTal team or re-initiate the process with the candidate with new terms and details. When candidate accepts the job offer, you can engage with the candidate as appropriate and pay AmazeTal as per the "Terms and Conditions". When candidate declines the job offer, you can then reach out to AmazeTal team or re-initiate the process with the candidate with new terms and details.
You can update your preferences and once done the team will be notified. A team member of AmazeTal will reach out and assist you with your request. As an alternative, you can also reach out to the AmazeTal team.
Yes. A dedicated account partner or a team member from AmazeTal is always available to assist you with any step in the hiring process.
We recommend Employers to move quickly with interviews and make job offers to the candidates they like. Because candidates on AmazeTal's platform may receive multiple interview invites from other employers. So the faster the hiring process is the faster they can hire the better talent.

Yes. We offer a monthly subscription fee for posting jobs. In exchange for access to and use of the job boards and other tools and services available to Employers on the Website, you will pay to us a monthly subscription fee at the presently-applicable rates as posted online on our Website (the “Subscription Fee”). Various subscription levels or tiers are offered to Employers, with the Subscription Fee increasing with increasing levels of functionality offered through the Website, as described online on our Website. Additionally, customized subscription tiers may be available upon written request. Employers may change subscription levels or tiers at any time upon at least ten (10) days’ advance written notice to the Company and, if the Employer has downgraded its subscription level, subject to the Employer agreeing and acknowledging that its access to certain portions of or functionality of the Website will no longer be accessible to it.
If you hire any Candidate to whom you were introduced in any way through the Website’s “Spotlight” program, you will pay us, in addition to any applicable Subscription Fees, a commission in an amount equal to a percentage of such new hire’s base annual salary at the presently-applicable percentage rates as posted online on our Website at the time the applicable Candidate is hired (a “Commission Payment”).  All applicable Commission Payments come due and become payable to the Company at the time of such new hire’s hire date.  You may opt to pay any such Commission Payment either (i) as a one-time lump sum payment due at the time the applicable new hire is hired, or (ii) in equal monthly installments, with the first monthly installment due at the time the applicable new hire is hired and each installment thereafter coming due on the monthly anniversary of such hire date until such Commission Payment is paid in full, in each case subject to any applicable discounts (in the case of one-time lump sum payments), administrative processing fees or other charges (in the case of installment payments) as posted online on our Website or as described in a written agreement between you and the Company.   Employers are prohibited from attempting in any way to avoid paying any applicable Commission Payment associated with their use of the Website’s “Spotlight” program.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Employers may not gather Users’ Information of Candidates participating in the “Spotlight” program and then use that Users’ Information to solicit Candidates or offer such Candidates employment other than through the Website.

As an expert you will vet talent through assessments and give career advice to candidates. You earn assessment bonus when a candidate gets hired and a referral fee for any experts you bring to the platform.

Experts are throroughly vetted before giving access to join the AmazeTal's marketplace. A lot of thought goes into backing an expert. We look at wide variety of data points of an expert including background, interests, time commitment, social responsibility aspects etc
Experts are integral to the spotlight process. Experts play a crucial role in assessing candidate's profile and provide short unbiased evaluations. 
Yes. If a Candidate you have reviewed on behalf of a particular Employer through our Website’s “Spotlight” program is hired by that Employer through such program, then upon receipt by the Company of its commission from the Employer in connection with such hiring, you will be eligible to receive an incentive payment at the then-applicable rate posted online.  Additionally, if (1) you are registered as an Expert on the Website, (2) you refer a new Candidate to the Website, (3) that individual lists you as their referral source at the time such individual registers for the Website, (4) that individual participates in the “Spotlight” program, and (5) that individual is hired by a participating Employer through such program, then upon receipt by the Company of its commission from the Employer in connection with such hiring, you will be eligible to receive an incentive payment at the then-applicable rate posted online.  Finally, if (i) you are registered as an Expert on the Website, (ii) you refer a new Expert to the Website, and (iii) that individual lists you as their referral source at the time such individual registers for the Website, then you may, in the Company’s sole discretion, be eligible to receive an incentive payment at the then-applicable rate posted online the first time (and only the first time) that (x) such newly-registered Expert assesses a Candidate in the “Spotlight” program, (y) such assessed Candidate is hired by an Employer through such program, and (z) the Company receives its commission from the Employer in connection with such hiring.
We recommend experts to provide assessments as fast as possible because the more candidates they assess, the more candidates will be showcased to the employers who when eventually gets hired, the faster the hiring assessment bonus can be made available to the experts.We also expect experts to provide prompt career advice to candidates as it's a matter of one's career.
Yes you can chose to accept or decline candidate assessment requests. All you have to do is to login to the dashboard and click on accept or reject on the list of pending assessments.
Our goal is to churn out fresh batch of candidates every week so we expect experts to provide assessments within a week from the moment they are assigned candidates.
Yes. Experts can access guidelines to complete candidate assessments on the dashboard once experts log into the marketplace.
