Introduction |
MRI CM The Gadopentetate Dimeglumine Injection developed by Beilu Pharm is the earliest approved MRI contrast agent in China, in 1992, it obtained the National Class II new drug certificate and the trail production approved issued by Ministry of Health. Dosage and Administration |
Intravenous injections. The recommended dosage is 0.2ml/kg(or 0.1mmol/kg) body weight per time for adult and children over 2 years old, the maximum dose is 0.4ml/kg/time body weight. 1. Brain and spinal cord magnetic resonance imaging: administer the drug again within 30 min if necessary. 2. Whole body magnetic resonance imaging: Administer 0.4ml/kg/time body weight for sufficient enhancement. The optimal time for enhancement generally is within 45 min after injection. To eliminate there currence of lesion of tumor of adults, the dosage can be increased to 0.6ml/kg/time body weight to improve the credibility of diagnosis. |
